Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Male Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our products and services. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Your ability to understand customer needs, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills, will be essential in this role. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations effectively to prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to track progress and KPIs regularly.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide insights on market trends and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Assist in developing marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and document customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Lebanese or Syrian national is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role for at least two years.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics in various environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Proficient computer skills with familiarity in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required to meet with clients and attend events.
