Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your primary responsibility is to identify and generate new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be the face of the company, actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering them the best solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals. You will work closely with your team, participate in sales strategy meetings, and continuously seek ways to enhance the sales process. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for sales are essential for this role. Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors’ offerings.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs and interests.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and propose improvements.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to sales strategy development.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and professional skill development.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients.
