Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling new vehicle models, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth end-to-end sales operations while meeting individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their vehicle requirements with professionalism.
- Handle all assigned leads within 30 minutes to ensure timely responses.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance to potential buyers.
- Highlight brand services, including car registration, insurance, and after-sales support.
- Collect necessary documents from customers to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Stay updated on market trends and price movements to guide customer decisions.
- Recommend optional accessories and equipment to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets as set by the Vice Chairman, Managing Director, and Sales Manager.
- Meet or exceed conversion rate benchmarks assigned by management.
- Prepare accurate price quotations, discounts, and financing details for customers.
- Advise customers on the availability of new car models and updates.
- Coordinate with the Delivery Specialist to ensure seamless vehicle handovers.
- Follow up on live bookings until the vehicle is successfully delivered.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with prospective customers.
- Participate in trainings and internal meetings to stay updated on brand offerings and sales strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager in Charge.
Dimensions:
- Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating friendliness and professionalism.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the brand image.
- Accurately document customer details, sales orders, and related information in both digital and written formats.
Position Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma/Degree
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Requirements: Valid UAE Driving License
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred
- Software Skills: Computer literate
