Job Description

The Sales Executive - Tools position is crucial for driving sales and expanding the customer base for a company's tools and equipment. This role is centered on identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. You will be the face of the company, representing the brand with professionalism and working to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the existing market and customer base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the tool's features and benefits.
  • Travel to customer sites to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to close sales.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports regularly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional sales materials.
  • Monitor competitor activities to identify new and evolving market trends.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
  • Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of tools and equipment market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and close sales.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting activities.
