Position: Sales Executive – Personal Loan
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Company: Fintrek Marketing
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to AED 7,000 (depending on experience)
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year in personal loan sales or related financial product sales


🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of personal loan products to customers through direct outreach and relationship building

  • Generate and maintain leads via cold calling, referrals and follow-ups

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently

  • Build strong long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction

  • Clearly communicate product features, benefits and terms to customers

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads and conversions in CRM


✅ Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in personal loans or financial lending sales

  • Freshers may be considered if you demonstrate drive, strong communication skills and sales aptitude

  • Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Confident in making outbound calls, handling objections and closing deals

  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure

  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
