A Reservations Agent – Arabic Speaker plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process for guests at hospitality establishments. Serving as an ambassador for the brand, this professional ensures a welcoming and comprehensive experience for clients who speak Arabic, assisting them with their reservations, queries, and special requests. In a multilingual team, the Arabic-speaking Reservations Agent acts as a bridge, providing personalized service that caters to the linguistic and cultural needs of Arabic-speaking guests. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will exhibit a passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming reservation requests efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Provide guests with detailed information about accommodation types and available services.
  • Utilize the reservation system to update and modify bookings as needed by guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries through telephone, email, and online chat systems in Arabic.
  • Assist in resolving booking and reservation issues, providing practical solutions promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and procedures for guest reassurance.
  • Act as a liaison between the hotel and guest to facilitate memorable stays.
  • Follow up with guests post-booking to confirm details and answer questions.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or issues encountered during reservation processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve reservation and customer service skills.
  • Foster a positive guest experience through polite, friendly, and attentive communication.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, with strong comprehension and speaking abilities.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reservation roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to handle guest complaints and create positive outcomes.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet guest needs.
