As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in providing quality care to patients and support to their families. Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, taking appropriate action and intervention.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols and practices.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records including histories, test results, and reports.
• Perform diagnostic tests and assess results to aid doctors in patient care.
• Respond to medical emergencies with efficiency and accuracy under pressure.
• Provide primary care and nursing services to a wide range of patient demographics.
• Ensure patients are comfortable and have the necessary resources for recovery.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license in UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school or university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and staff.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and healthcare management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to adhering strictly to safety and procedural protocols at all times.
