The Regional Sales Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the sales strategy and driving revenue growth within an assigned geographic area. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a sales managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and interpret trends for strategic planning.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software required for daily tasks.
