Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process by supporting the hiring team in attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates. You will manage and coordinate recruitment efforts, from posting job openings to conducting initial screenings and arranging interviews. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will use your strong communication skills to liaise between candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders, maintaining a positive employer brand. This role will require the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritize various pending tasks, and continuously improve recruitment processes to meet the organization’s staffing needs effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring decisions.
  • Post job openings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening of applicants to assess their qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a talent pool pipeline for future staffing needs of the organization.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and updating job postings as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on recruitment activity.
  • Leverage social media and networking platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to represent the organization.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple open positions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate interactions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all recruitment-related documents.
