Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on property investment decisions based on current trends and forecasts.
  • Negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements for all parties involved.


Requirements:

  • Possess a valid real estate license in the state of operation.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients daily.
  • Have proven sales track record with a history of closing transactions successfully.
  • Show proficiency in using real estate CRM systems and digital platforms efficiently.
  • Understand real estate laws and regulations, with attention to detail in contracts.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills in managing multiple clients and properties.
  • Be capable of working independently and within a team environment, multitasking effectively.
