Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct property inspections and provide feedback to property owners and managers.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
• Promote sales and rentals of properties through advertisements and open houses.
• Prepare detailed property listings with photographs and descriptive prose.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate necessary paperwork for property transactions.
• Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of market and industry trends.
• Provide guidance on legal requirements and marketing strategies to clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs better.
• Engage with real estate colleagues to exchange market insights and trends.
• Stay updated with federal, state, and local real estate laws and procedures.
• Attend training sessions and professional development courses to improve skills.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Realtor is essential.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills essential for the role.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid real estate agent’s or broker’s license required in working location.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate databases preferred.
• Willingness to conduct evening and weekend work when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for property visits required.
