Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve project QA/QC documents, including inspection test plans, procedures, and quality dossiers.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Interface with vendors to review manufacturing quality documents and inspection records.
  • Support the preparation of QA/QC documentation for client and regulatory submission.
  • Track and report quality issues and ensure timely resolution and closure of non-conformances.
  • Provide technical QA/QC input during project planning, execution, and close-out phases.
  • Assist in audits, vendor assessments, and internal quality reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience supporting offshore projects from an office-based role.
  • Strong understanding of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME, API).
  • Proficient in reviewing technical and quality documentation.
  • Recognized QA/QC certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
