Proposal & Estimation Manager

The Proposal & Estimation Manager plays a critical role in the business development and project acquisition strategies of a company. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage proposal submission timelines and deliverables.
• Present proposals to senior management and adjust based on feedback received.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and provide updates on client feedback or negotiations.
• Train and mentor junior team members in proposal and estimation methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Proven experience in the proposal and estimation process, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documentation.
