Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee software development projects and work closely with internal IT teams. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business goals and technology solutions, ensuring smooth project execution, clear communication, and timely delivery.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT/software projects from initiation to closure.
• Work closely with software developers, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure deliverables are met.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, dependencies, and resources effectively.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track progress using project management tools (JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
• Identify project risks and proactively create mitigation strategies.
• Ensure stakeholder requirements are clearly defined, documented, and communicated.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical implementations and business processes.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and clients on project status and blockers.

• 1-4 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience using project management tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.).
• Ability to translate technical discussions into clear business actions.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

• Background in IT or software development is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Development teams or in SaaS-based product companies.
