Proposal And Estimation Manager

A Proposal and Estimation Manager leads the development of technical and commercial proposals for projects, ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, sales, and finance teams to prepare competitive estimates that align with client requirements. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical abilities, industry knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of project proposals

• Analyze client requirements and tender documents

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and financial inputs

• Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for various scopes of work

• Manage proposal timelines and ensure timely delivery

• Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and technical requirements

• Review and improve proposal templates and processes

• Track and report bid status and success rate

• Attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings with clients

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing and competition

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal and estimation

• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
