Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the intricacies of buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Your expertise will facilitate clients in making informed decisions by providing them with comprehensive market analysis, property evaluations, and personalized advice. You will leverage your knowledge of local real estate markets and trends to assist clients in securing properties that meet their needs and budgets. Your aim is to foster long-term relationships with clients by offering a high level of service and employing effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly motivated, and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring the seamless execution of real estate transactions.


Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Identify and source properties that align with the clients' needs and budgets.
  • Provide thorough property valuations and comparisons for potential buyers and sellers.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, delivering professional and insightful presentations.
  • Prepare and review paperwork including purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.
  • Build and maintain a robust client base through networking and referrals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Stay informed on new developments, housing laws, and market opportunities.
  • Develop marketing plans and strategies to increase property exposure and sales.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance real estate knowledge.
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality with all client dealings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate consultant/licensing based on state or country requirements.
