Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will play a critical role in the real estate sector by assisting clients in purchasing, selling, or renting properties. You will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, leveraging your industry knowledge and expertise to guide them through the complex real estate market. You will work closely with a diverse clientele, providing personalized advice and solutions that meet their unique needs and preferences. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to build strong relationships with clients, effectively market properties, and close transactions efficiently and professionally. In addition to your real estate knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills are vital, as you will be required to mediate between buyers and sellers, articulating offers and counteroffers in a manner that ensures the best outcomes for all parties involved.


Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on property-related matters.
  • Research and analyze property market trends, valuations, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their property needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and potential clients.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate property listings for advertising purposes.
  • Facilitate property viewings, making necessary arrangements for all parties involved.
  • Negotiate property sales or lease agreements with buyers, sellers, and tenants.
  • Draft and review contracts to ensure legal compliance and clarity in agreements.
  • Stay updated with local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with legal entities, loan officers, and other professionals as needed.
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive client and transaction records.
  • Provide after-sales services to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in real estate or property consultancy roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and current real estate trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and provide informed advice.
  • Proficient in the use of real estate management and CRM software tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • A valid real estate agent license or certification is preferred.
