What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and close projects efficiently while maintaining uncompromised quality standards.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables tailored to the expectations of luxury clients.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-end project execution.
• Manage resources, budgets, and schedules with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
• Proactively manage risks, timelines, and project documentation.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Architecture, Engineering, or similar).
• Proven experience managing projects for luxury brands (retail, events, experiential, or design).
• Experience in high-end joinery for both retail and residential projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
• Arabic proficiency or any European language proficiency highly desirable.
