Job Description

As a Property Advisor, you will be a crucial link between buyers, sellers, and rental property seekers, helping them to find their dream homes or investment properties. Your deep understanding of the property market and excellent communication skills will equip you to guide clients through the complexities of buying, selling, or renting properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and budget, providing them with expert advice to make well-informed decisions. Your role will also include keeping up-to-date with current market trends and using this knowledge to offer strategic insights to clients. You will thrive in this role if you are results-driven, can build trust and rapport with clients, and have a keen interest in real estate. This position requires a dynamic, proactive approach as you will be managing multiple clients and properties simultaneously.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and cultivate new business opportunities within the property market.
  • Understand clients’ property requirements and tailor property listings to meet their needs.
  • Provide comprehensive market analysis and insights to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure a favorable outcome for all parties.
  • Promote properties through detailed listings, advertising, and open houses or property viewings.
  • Conduct site visits and show properties to prospective buyers and renters.
  • Manage property listings and keep records updated concerning market availability.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure a smooth property transaction process.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to keep skillset and knowledge current.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage client communications and transactions.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Act as a liaison between the property owners and prospective tenants or buyers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a property advisor or real estate consultant.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market and the buying/selling process.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems is an advantage.
