Job Description
The College of Information Technology (CIT) at United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for a postdoctoral fellow position in computer vision with a focus on Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC). The candidate will work closely with faculty investigators and industrial collaborators in advanced research areas, including: 1. Unified and efficient video restoration models, especially for full-scene face video restoration. 2. Customized storytelling image/video generation frameworks, based on reference persons. 3. Human-centric video editing based on reference persons. Suitable candidates MUST have: 1. A Ph.D. in Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field. 2. Have documented evidence (thesis, conference or journal articles, etc.) of relevant experience in the field of generative models and AIGC. Applicants are requested to submit the following documents: 1. A detailed CV including a list of publications. 2. A research proposal aligned with this position. 3. Contact details of two academic referees. 4. A cover letter outlining how the expertise aligns with this position.
