Job Description
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. They work with cross-functional teams to develop campaign strategies, manage advertising budgets, and analyze campaign performance. They also conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, display, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance to achieve ROI targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and new growth opportunities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using web analytics and other tools.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Test and optimize campaign elements, including ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in digital marketing platforms and technologies.
- Manage relationships with advertising partners and agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proficient in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
