The role: We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven performance marketer who can own multiple campaigns across multiple brands and accounts, move fast, and turn marketing spend into meaningful results.

What You'll Do

• Own paid campaigns end to end across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft/Bing, Reddit, X, and other relevant platforms. Experience with Meta and Google are must haves, others are nice to have
• Analyse and optimise performance across audiences, targeting, bidding, budgets, funnels, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Drive creative testing by identifying winning hooks, formats, angles, and messaging, then turning insights into new tests.
• Improve conversion rates by spotting friction across landing pages, offers, forms, and the user journey.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, balancing priorities, budgets, reporting, and campaign execution without losing attention to detail.
• Use AI and modern marketing tools to accelerate research, creative iteration, analysis, reporting, and experimentation.
• Own the numbers by tracking CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and other metrics that actually matter to each campaign.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear, actionable decisions.
• A sharp eye for creatives, copy, landing pages, and what makes people convert.
• A proactive, resourceful go-getter who tests, learns, executes, and takes ownership without waiting to be told what to do.
• Comfortable juggling multiple brands, campaigns, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
