Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and accessories solutions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of inventory and new product launches.
  • Support customers with product installation questions and issues.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories.
  • Maintain precise and organized sales records and inventory databases.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and targets.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and stocking of retail displays.
  • Handle transactions efficiently and ensure accuracy in all sales paperwork.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in automotive parts.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team to meet targets.
  • Proficiency with sales and inventory management software preferred.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations diplomatically.
