Job Description

As a Manager – Warehouse Operations and Distributions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse facilities and distribution networks. This position demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a robust understanding of logistics management. Your contribution will be essential in optimizing the inventory system, improving the efficiency of warehouse operations, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align the warehouse operations with the company's strategic goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role will require you to implement best practices in supply chain management while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the overall operations of the warehouse and distribution center.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage inventory control procedures.
  • Implement safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Lead and train warehouse staff to promote teamwork and productivity.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on operational efficiencies to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations at all times.
  • Optimize storage and distribution processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and logistics software tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
