Job Description

The Manager - Client Relationship plays a pivotal role in fostering and strengthening partnerships with clients to achieve business objectives and drive mutual growth. This position is about understanding our clients' needs, ensuring they receive outstanding service, and identifying opportunities to provide them with additional value. You will act as the primary point of contact, maintaining high client satisfaction and retention while seeking new opportunities to enhance the relationship. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of our services and products to effectively convey value to our clients. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously are also crucial. The ideal candidate should be proactive in problem-solving, diligent in maintaining accurate client records, and skilled in using feedback to improve service delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Act as the main contact point and liaison for all client communications and queries.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention.
  • Analyze client data to understand their business and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Lead the account planning process to develop strategies that meet client expectations.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with clients to review ongoing projects and deliverables.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while meeting client needs.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations to clients about new services and products.
  • Monitor market trends to foresee client needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently while providing excellent service recovery.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in client relationship management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client satisfaction targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate autonomously.
