Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly creative and strategically driven Event Lead Specialist to own the end-to-end conceptual development of high-impact events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ideating and curating experiences—from vision to format to storytelling—and working cross-functionally to bring bold concepts to life.

Job Responsibilities

Key Focus Areas

Key Activities

  • Strategic Event Conceptualization

Lead the ideation and narrative-building for CPX flagship and high-impact events- Define the strategic purpose and positioning of each event aligned with brand and business goals- Translate objectives into immersive experiences and formats

  • Program Architecture & Journey Design

Design end-to-end audience journeys, from entry to exit- Map event flow, session structure, keynote formats, and engagement touchpoints- Create curated programs that align with executive storytelling

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Head of Events and cross-functional teams (Sales, Cyber, Comms, Design) to co-develop integrated event concepts, support strategy sessions, contribute to creative briefings, and act as a key concept coordinator to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

  • Content & Agenda Curation

Curate high-value content themes, session titles, and panel topics- Recommend and guide speaker selection and content structure- Ensure alignment with audience personas and industry relevance

  • Event Branding & Experience Strategy

Co-create visual identity briefs with creative/design teams- Ensure brand consistency and experiential coherence across event formats- Explore sensory design elements to elevate the event experience

  • Innovation & Industry Trend Integration

Stay well-informed of global B2B and experiential event trends- Introduce new formats, technologies, or content approaches to elevate impact- Benchmark and evolve the organization’s event design capabilities

  • Event Success Planning & Debriefing

Define measurable outcomes aligned with strategic intent- Develop post-event impact narratives and strategic learnings- Contribute to event retrospectives and future planning recommendations

Job Specifications

Skills/Certifications (Technical & Non-Technical)

  • CX/UX for Events & Experiences
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking ability
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • High stakeholder alignment and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build narrative-driven programs and story arcs
  • Familiarity with event technologies and digital engagement tools

Minimum Work Experience

  • 8-10 years in event strategy, content curation, or experiential marketing
  • Proven expertise in curating large-scale or C-level B2B events (preferably in tech industry)
  • Experience in developing events from scratch—vision to execution handover

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
  • Certification in Event Design, Experience Strategy, or Innovation (preferred)
