Responsibilities

  • Create strategic account plans to support client objectives and achieve company sales targets.
  • Monitor competitors' activities within accounts to identify threats and implement protective strategies.
  • Lead meetings with clients to discuss their evolving needs and adapt service offerings accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit reports on account status and forecasts to management.
  • Deliver and demonstrate return on investment to clients through data-driven analysis and insights.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by cultivating lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to drive continuous improvement in products and services.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients' objectives and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience in key account management or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and a strategic sales approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple accounts confidently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage account information.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
