  • Provide support in the testing and validation of new business processes.
  • Gather feedback from users to identify areas needing improvement or enhancement.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and user guides for new systems or processes.
  • Contribute to ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Continuously learn and apply best practices in business analysis and data management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations.
  • Proficiency in using office software and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a focus on quality work.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and management principles.
