Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Accountant  to support executive management in making informed financial decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, good leadership skills, and the ability to lead a finance team in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assess the financial health of the company and provide key insights to executive leadership.

·       Manage all accounting transactions including billing, receivable, payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations in due time Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

·       Oversee the operations and development of the finance department, including budgeting, policy creation and review and process improvement.

·       Ensure full compliance with all tax laws, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

·       Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.

·       Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.

Requirements

·       Education: Bachelor Degree, or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field

·       Experience:  Minimum 2-year UAE experience in Same industry

·       Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and relevant industry laws

·       Proven experience in managing teams and financial systems

·       Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
