We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT network, servers, and security systems. Responsibilities

• Manage the organization’s local area network and ensure it is running efficiently.
• Oversee network security and identify potential vulnerabilities to protect data integrity.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers and other infrastructure components.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with prescribed IT protocols.
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
• Ensure software licensing laws are being followed within the organization.
• Continuously monitor network performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary hardware and software solutions.
• Document IT procedures and create user manuals for staff training purposes.
• Manage Active Directory, group policies, and user accesses in line with security measures.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and implementation to safeguard critical business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in network administration and system security is essential.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux systems.
• Proficiency with network tools, firewalls, and VPN technologies is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide user training and support.
