We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Internal Trainer for our new Calculation and Controlling software – Candy of RIB (m/w/d) - international

Your tasks:

• Independently conduct training courses for employees at various levels on the effective use of the software Candy of RIB
• Creation and execution of offline & online as well as hybrid trainings for internal colleagues (Train the Trainer) and at international fairs
• Customization and configuration of the software based on the specific requirements of the projects and users
• Support with the implementation of the software in our 15 BST subsidiaries worldwide as well as travelling to provide on-site training and support at various projects
• Application of project management methods for planning, estimation and cost controlling

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in the field of civil engineering, project management and training or similiar professionell experience
• High IT affinity and technical understanding, especially in dealing with calculation and controlling software
• Experience with the Candy software from RIB is required
• Willingness to travel and collaborate globally, international work experience is beneficial
• Fluent in written and spoken English, further languages beneficial
