Role Objective:

To render assistance in developing project updates and bid package estimate documents.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Calculates various statistical data quantity take-offs, material price list, labor costs per man hour, equipment etc. related to the Electrical scope within a given tender.
• Assists with obtaining scopes of work and pricing from subcontractors/ suppliers.
• Assists is closing bids.
• Maintains files of working documents for back-up to estimating figures.
• Assists in the training and development of personnel in the Estimation function.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in data center projects
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about challenges and new initiatives
• Customer-focused with high attention to detail and execution excellence
• Proficient in computer use and fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Good knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing
