• Pressure Equipment & Plant Engineering: Inspection, testing, and certification services focusing on pressure equipment such as pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, and piping systems.
• Elevators & Conveyor Technology: Inspection, testing, and certification services for elevators, conveyor belts, escalators, cranes, and machinery.
• Electrical & Building Technology: Evaluation, inspection, testing, and certification services for electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Industrial Inspection & Material Testing: Comprehensive inspection and testing services for industrial facilities and their materials.
• Infrastructure & Project Management: Project and construction supervision as well as integrated services for infrastructure projects.
• Energy & Environment: Technical support, certification, and testing for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
• Cybersecurity & Functional Safety: Testing and certification services for industrial automation, IT, and OT security solutions.
  
  

• Responsible to carry out inspection and witness of tests as per the client requirement and international standards. Responsible to follow international standards and local regulations.
• Responsible to make report on the basis of inspection and ensure timely deliverables such as Reports.
• Carry out inspection activities as per the established inspection and test plan, inspection procedures, checklists and work instruction as applicable.
• Carry out Inspections such as Vendor Shop / Fabrication Inspection, Material Inspection & Welding Qualification.
• Build up trust and good relationship between TÜV Rheinland and customers.
• To perform Third Party Inspection activities and its reporting according to the scope of work stipulated by contract.
• Comply and ensure implementation of the companys and the customers Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
• Achieve KPIs set by Business Field Manager (I.04)/ his/her supervisor.
• May undertake other duties assigned by the Field Manager in station office related to his/her technological background.
• Maintain an active role in the identification of opportunities for improvement in the Companys Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems and assist in the implementation of these improvements within but not limited to the scope of work and activities & also achieve the Health, Safety & Environmental Objectives for the year.Prepares the inspection service.
• Considers and studies the relevant regulations, norms and standards.
• Executes simple inspections (e.g. preshipment inspections) or inspections corresponding to qualification (e.g. welding inspections) according to the customer assignment.
• Might perform expediting or auditing services, if qualified.
• Under certain circumstances, the services can also be carried out with a remote solution.
• Creates a final report.
• Communicates closely with the coordinators and customers.
• And other duties as assigned.
  
  

• Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical or similar) or technician/master with according (long) work experience
• Understanding of the product or service
• Knowledge in different industry standards
• Specializations, e.g. in the field of welding engineer, coating
• Good knowledge in English (B1 Intermediate)
• No previous professional experience required
