Job Description
Job Title: Infertility & Reproductive Medicine Consultant/Specialist
Purpose: Provide advanced evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for male and female infertility, helping patients achieve successful pregnancy outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments, including history, imaging, hormonal profiling, and genetic testing.
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans (e.g., ovulation induction, IUI, IVF/ICSI, fertility preservation).
- Perform and supervise reproductive procedures—oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy—as credentialed.
- Counsel patients and partners on prognosis, success rates, risks, and emerging options (PGT-A/M, donor gametes, surrogacy).
- Collaborate with embryologists, andrology lab staff, and nursing teams to optimize lab protocols and clinical workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to ethical, regulatory, and quality standards
