HSEQ Executive (225-1001)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Lead and coordinate safety training programs and workshops for all employees.
• Review and analyze accident reports to determine root causes and prevention strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate environmental impact and sustainability efforts in operations.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of safety and quality excellence.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement necessary compliance adjustments.
• Oversee the quality management system to ensure the continuous improvement of services.
• Prepare detailed reports on the HSEQ performance metrics for executive review.
• Coordinate with external auditors during safety and quality audits to ensure compliance.
• Manage incident investigations and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and response plans for all situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HSEQ roles within a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for effective problem-solving.
• Proven ability to lead training sessions and influence organizational culture.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various levels of stakeholders.
• Certification in recognized safety programs, such as NEBOSH or equivalent, is preferred.
• Proficient in using HSEQ management systems and relevant software applications.
