Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities for HSE Executive are as below:

  • Compliance and Regulatory Monitoring – FANR /ADNOC /OSHAD/MOHRE/ISO/BV Policies.
  • Site HSE Management – Inspections of PPE, HSE Reports, Radiation Safety & Security etc.
  • Risk assessment & Controls Implementation – Preparing TRA / JSA with the help of technical team & identifying / recommending control measures.
  • Incident Investigation & Reporting. – Radiation Overdose, Vehicle accidents, near hits / unsafe conditions etc..
  • Radiation Safety Compliance:
  • Coordinate with Radiation Protection Officers to ensure compliance with FANR regulations.
  • Monitor radiation survey reports, source movement, storage logs, and TLD badge management.
  • Training & Awareness – HSE Ind for new employees, Conducting or carrying out safety campaign as per the BV / Client Requirement, Carrying our Refreshers training annually on CSR, Radiation Safety & Security and recording the attendances.
  • Waste Management & Environmental Compliance - Ensure hazardous and non-hazardous waste from NDT activities are handled and disposed of as per the requirement.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain IMS records including daily site reports, inspection checklists, safety meeting minutes, and compliance registers.
  • Submit monthly HSE performance data and contribute to KPI tracking.
  • Support in management review meetings and IMS improvement initiatives.
  • Emergency Preparedness
  • Participate in mock drills and emergency response planning.
  • Ensure emergency kits, fire extinguishers, Radiation Emergency Kits and first aid provisions are available and accessible.
  • Assist in updating emergency contact lists and evacuation plans.
  • Coordination with Clients and Regulatory Bodies
  • Act as the HSE interface between Sievert project teams and Project clients.
  • Support during client audits and inspections.
  • Ensure all QHSE concerns raised by clients are closed in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications Requirement:

  • NEBOSH – IGC
  • HSE Diploma / Engineering / Any Degree.
  • Min 3 years’ experience in Oil and Gas projects in UAE / GCC Country.
  • To ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during work in oil and gas projects.
  • Responsible for identifying potential hazards, implementing control measures, and ensuring the safe execution of all site related activities.
  • Knowledge in NDT activities - Optional.
  • IMS Internal Auditing- 14K & 45K
