Junior Graphic Designer Emiratization Role

Key Requirements

• Create visually compelling graphics for Client reports and presentations
• Create clear graphics which unpack complex technical messages and processes into a format easily understood by a non-technical bias
• Create engaging, high-quality designs for marketing campaigns
• Provide design support for internal and external communications, including events
• Ensure all design work adheres to Company’s brand guidelines and maintains a premium, cohesive aesthetic across all materials
• Edit and retouch photographs for marketing materials
• Assist in creating promotional videos and animations
• Continuously explore new design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the Company’s visual content fresh and innovative
• Work to high standards and tight deadlines
• Be able to understand and discuss briefs within the team
• Be passionate about quality and committed to offering great service
• Have the creativity, innovation and desire to contribute to building our business

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1+ years of graphic design expertise preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Knowledge of web design and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to create print-ready designs and understand production processes.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
