The Vacancy
We are looking for a HR Coordinator for our UAE office to handle a wide range of HR administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Be the first point of contact for Middle East employees for routine HR queries (e.g., visas, contracts, leaves, salary etc.).
- Support recruitment activities, screen and shortlist candidates, schedule job interviews as needed.
- Prepare new starter and leaver documentation.
- Work with our internal and external visa teams for new hire visa requirements.
- Work with medical insurance brokers and assist with policy renewals, additions, and deletions of staff.
- Coordinate the ordering and collection of IT equipment for new hires and leavers.
- Track induction and probation formalities for new hires.
- Process promotions, transfers and other changes.
- Maintain HR database, run routine reports on new hires, leavers, promotions, salary changes etc.
- Monitors and encourages participation on Learning and Development initiatives.
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation by collecting relevant employee information (e.g., time sheets, leave reports etc).
- Support the annual performance review cycle.
- Prepare routine HR letters as and when required.
- Organise employee wellbeing activities.
- Participate in current HR projects for the division.
- Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department.
- Oversee all travel arrangements for Middle East employees made by the office administrator.
- Ad hoc duties as requested by senior management.
Person specification:
- Degree in HR/Psychology or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR support role, UAE experience desirable.
- Good understanding of HR processes and knowledge of latest employment law in the Middle East.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems.
- Competent user of all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, diplomatic, able to deal effectively and establish rapport with people at all levels.
- Professional approach and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines, prioritising with a flexible approach.
- Friendly and approachable, with a willingness to learn.
- An interest in developing their HR career.

All candidates applying for positions with RSK must be eligible to work in the UAE. The successful candidate will be required to work out of the Abu Dhabi office for the initial three months.
