We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR & Operations Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure effective staff integration.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement employee development programs to enhance professional growth.
  • Analyze and improve organizational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.

  • Supervise daily operations and coordinate functions across various departments.
  • Manage budget planning and report financial implications of operational strategies.
  • Foster a positive working environment and organizational culture focused on inclusivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR and operations management positions.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams and complex projects efficiently.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and implementation of operational improvements.
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
