The HR Assistant is a vital member of the human resources department responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, and maintaining effective communication across various departments. Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee personnel files and records accurately.
  • Support the recruitment processes by posting job ads and managing applications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of HR-related documents and contracts.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding programs and orientation sessions professionally.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute HR communications, reports, and memos as needed.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences and leaves.
  • Support HR team with various ad hoc administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in internal audits and compliance checks.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and assist in employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a relevant human resources role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills for multitasking successfully.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
