Job Description

As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Human Resources department. You will be the go-to person for all HR-related queries and activities, acting as a bridge between employees and management while supporting HR initiatives that support our company culture. This position requires a highly organized individual who can multitask and manage a wide range of HR tasks efficiently. From recruitment to employee relations and beyond, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities that help drive the company's workforce management goals. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you will help maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Monitor and manage employee files ensuring all documentation is current.
  • Process payroll by collecting, calculating, and entering employee information.
  • Administer employee benefit programs and address related queries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to avoid legal issues.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes with thorough documentation.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address employee-related issues swiftly.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and analyzing HR metrics for management review.
  • Maintain and update HR databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support employee development.
  • Organize company events and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, ideally as an HR Administrator or Coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements is essential.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, and a deep understanding of MS Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
