Job Description

The HR Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Human Resources department and supporting various HR functions. This position requires a deep understanding of HR procedures and policies and a proactive approach to addressing day-to-day HR tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive HR information with discretion. As an HR Administrator, you will be involved in various HR processes ranging from recruitment, onboarding, and training to employee record maintenance, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The role demands a professional who is adept at multitasking and can effectively communicate with employees and management across all levels of the organization. The HR Administrator is an integral part of ensuring that the company’s employment policies are maintained and scheduling and adherence to HR metrics and procedures are observed.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
  • Administer onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and welcoming new hires.
  • Support the payroll process by gathering necessary employee data and documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage the administration of employee benefits and welfare programs.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and generate periodic reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations through accurate documentation and processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits programs.
  • Facilitate communication between HR and other departments to ensure procedural consistency.
  • Assist in organizing employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns professionally.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as an HR Administrator or similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with employees across all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
