Job Description

The role of an HR & Admin Executive is a multifaceted position within an organization, crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative processes and human resources functions. This position acts as a bridge between the workforce and management, facilitating communication and policies throughout the organization. The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee records and ensure confidential information security.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employee development.
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage payroll processes and employee benefits administration efficiently.
  • Oversee the daily office operations to ensure a productive workplace environment.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management as needed.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems within the organization.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies.
  • Prepare and analyze reports for management on relevant HR and administrative metrics.
  • Facilitate communication between the organization’s management and employees effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment regulations is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems or databases.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
