A Fleet Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of the automotive sales division by managing vehicle sales to businesses, organizations, and government entities. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients requiring fleet services and sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
  • Prepare and present fleet sales proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close fleet sales effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align on inventory and client expectations.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Follow up with clients to assess satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management regularly.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote the company’s offerings.
  • Develop promotional strategies and sales tactics to enhance fleet sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Fleet Sales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and fleet sales mechanics.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients strategically.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive sales strategies.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
