The Fleet Sales Executive is a crucial role within the automotive sales sector, focusing on generating sales opportunities and managing relationships with large-scale clients. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing fleet clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize company profit margins.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery to clients.
  • Track and monitor sales targets and report regularly to management.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure all client interactions are recorded accurately in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand contacts and increase sales.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve any client issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials to enhance sales efforts.
  • Liaise with the finance department to coordinate client payment terms and financing options.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, specifically in fleet sales operations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tracking tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Flexibility to travel and meet clients at various locations as required.
