Royal Joinery has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high profile projects that require international expertise and a degree of workmanship that eliminates the need to source sub-contractors and third-party furniture suppliers. Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across a wide variety of projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.

As a Fit out Estimator, youll be at the heart of our business, securing profitable projects through accurate and timely bidding. Your ability to analyze blueprints, create detailed estimates, and collaborate with subcontractors will be crucial to our success.

Your Responsibilities

• Thoroughly analyze project drawings and specifications to develop accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates using industry-standard software and tools.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for various project components.
• Conduct site visits to gather essential information for accurate estimation.
• Maintain a cost database for efficient analysis and reporting.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field (Civil/Architectural Engineering)
• Proven track record of successfully completing major projects with reputable clients
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in joinery/fit out in a well-established organization
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in the UAE
