Job Description

The Field Marketing Manager is a critical role responsible for driving the marketing strategies that support sales objectives in designated territories. This role involves collaboration with sales teams to understand regional requirements and implement tailored marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence and generate leads. The Field Marketing Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing tactics with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with product teams to accurately position products in regional markets.
  • Organize and manage regional events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of integrated marketing programs.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and agencies to execute promotional activities.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all regional marketing communications and campaigns.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to inform future marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and measure campaign success.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with sales and product teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to carry out regional marketing activities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems is preferred.
