Fashion Designer - Arabic Speaker

As a Fashion Designer with Arabic fluency, you will be responsible for creating original designs for clothing, accessories, or footwear that are tailored to cater to the Arabic-speaking market. Your role will involve researching trends, creating mood boards, sketching designs, and selecting fabrics and materials. You will collaborate with manufacturers, pattern makers, and merchandisers to bring your designs to life. Creativity, knowledge of fashion trends, and an understanding of cultural preferences are key in this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify fashion trends and target audience preferences.
• Develop design concepts and create mood boards that reflect Arabic culture and fashion trends.
• Sketch initial design ideas by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with pattern makers and manufacturers to transform designs into finished products.
• Select appropriate fabrics, accessories, and materials for each design.
• Create samples and prototypes to showcase final designs.
• Oversee the production process and ensure design integrity is maintained.
• Collaborate with merchandisers and marketing teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry developments, fashion shows, and relevant events.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably with experience in designing for the Arabic market.
• Proficiency in design software and technology.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and production processes.
• Fluency in Arabic language, including both written and spoken.
