  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while satisfying client needs.
  • Track and report on account performance metrics to senior management for continuous improvement.
  • Regularly communicate updates on new products, enhancements, and industry developments to clients.
  • Ensure clients are fully aware of all services they can leverage to enhance their business operations.
  • Organize webinars, workshops, and other events to foster community engagement among enterprise clients.
  • Resolve any arising issues with cordiality and professionalism to preserve client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to discuss business strategies and ensure alignment with client goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts within a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage key relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage client data for insights.
  • Experience in developing strategic plans and articulating value propositions to clients.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools for efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
