Electrical Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi Site

Industry: Exp with villas, hosptality, residential

Middle East Experience Is Required

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Lead and manage a team of electrical inspectors across large-scale sites

✔ Review and enforce compliance with contract documents, codes, and quality standards

✔ Liaise with clients, contractors, and design offices to align on execution

✔ Resolve site issues, provide technical clarifications, and interpret drawings

✔ Track and document progress: daily reports, material logs, change orders

✔ Conduct inspections, audits, NCRs, and oversee snagging & handover

✔ Support Resident Engineer and Project Leads on coordination, meetings, and issue resolution

✔ Monitor safety practices—and call out risks before they escalate

What You Bring

📘 Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Post-grad degree or professional membership a plus: PE, CEng, etc.)

⚡ 7 years of experience, with significant exposure to consultancy supervision in the Middle East

🏢 Proven success delivering high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects

📋 Solid understanding of authority requirements, LEED certifications a plus

🛠 Expertise across all phases: design, QA/QC, execution, testing, and handover

🌟 Bonus If You Have

✅ LEED GA/AP certifications

✅ Hands-on knowledge of local authority protocols and approval processes

✅ Experience leading large inspection teams
